I ventured to Kazimierz and saw three synagogues before attending an Israeli dance class (no pictures from the class; you may take me at my word, I can’t dance very well 😁 ). I also traveled to Kościuszko‘s Mound. The mound is named after Tadeusz Kościuszko, a respected leader who served in both the American and Polish Armed Forces. He fought for America in our Revolutionary War and, in the Polish military, served as the Supreme Commander of the Polish National Armed Forces. He was also the leader of the Kościuszko Uprising in Poland.
